Their romance bloomed quickly, leading to a dream proposal in Malibu. Their wedding weekend was a vibrant affair, kicking off with a lively Moroccan-themed welcome party. The main event unfolded poolside, with the sun setting over the picturesque mountains, providing a breathtaking backdrop. As the festivities unfolded, Matthew surprised Akemi and their guests with a heartfelt performance alongside his bandmates.
